How It Works
Fond
Fund your account upfront with points, which are distributed to users to give away every month or quarter. Recognition can be peer-to-peer or top-down and monetary or non-monetary. Earned points can be used to purchase gift cards or physical products.
Kudos
Users are granted points based on their job title, which can be used to give four types of recognition. Points are refreshed at the start of every month, but users can also give non-monetary recognition. Earned points can be exchanged for gift cards.
