Guusto vs Kudos

Guusto

The Bottom Line

Accessible to all, but the lack of integrations and international rewards makes it impractical for some.

Kudos

The Bottom Line

A flexible platform with an emphasis on peer-to-peer recognition and some impressive analytics, though the extra features feel akin to a corporate social network.

How It Works

Guusto

Users are divided into teams, each with its own admins, settings, and program configuration. In teams with monetary recognition, users can redeem their points for gift cards.

Kudos

Users are granted points based on their job title, which can be used to give four types of recognition. Points are refreshed at the start of every month, but users can also give non-monetary recognition. Earned points can be exchanged for gift cards.

  • Has a free tier
  • Recognition can be sent to users outside of the company

Kudos

The Bad
