How It Works

Kudos

Users are granted points based on their job title, which can be used to give four types of recognition. Points are refreshed at the start of every month, but users can also give non-monetary recognition. Earned points can be exchanged for gift cards.

Motivosity

Users are given a certain amount of Motivosity bucks every month to give recognition to other users. Earned bucks can be spent on gift cards or linked directly to a physical Motivosity debit card.
